Disappointing to say the least!
It's a beautiful modern hotel. While the reception and valet services were gracious and efficient, the food and bar service were quite poor. The servers/attendants were absent, when there they sent us to the Centric side indicating we could get service there, which was not the case. The food and bar service hours were not in accordance with their posted signage, often not open and claeddown early.

We enjoyed our stay except for the Starbucks coffee, they were too sweet to drink. Everything else was great especially the valley men who helped us!

Walking distance to Beale St. was good. Hotel has no parking when it says available on site, do not accept cash only card. No trash cans, only small ones in room.

The hotel was in a great location and I like that the old facade of an original building has been retained with modern building behind. Unfortunately no coffee facilities in the room as they want to encourage you to use the cafe downstairs but at $4.50 for a coffee had to hang on until reached breakfast restaurant. Bar prices also bit on the steep side. Hotel has a hip vibe and was very clean

Gem in Memphis
Unique hotel, walking distance to the Beale Street attractions and a block from the Mississippi River. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Everything at the hotel was clean and well thought out. The staff it extremely helpful is friendly. Our new go to hotel in Memphis

The room were on the smaller side but very comfortable and fit our needs. It was with walking distance of Beale St., the Civil Rights Museum, trolley station and plenty of other places. We loved our stay here. If you stay here, make sure you order fried chicken from Gus's!

The property was well kept. When my family and I arrived Friday evening. The Lobby was full of individuals using obscenity language especially in front of children. My family and I stayed the weekend and my room 3308 was not cleaned by housekeeping on Saturday. But my overall experience was niece and quiet.

I found the property to be well kept and the staff was quite helpful and courteous. What I didn’t care for was how people were allowed to roam around with their dogs. At one point I felt afraid of someone who was almost unable to contain their large dog. Then when going into the bar area there was a very large dog whose owner was feeding him in the lobby. The dog was slobbering and the slobber was falling on the floor. That was totally disgusting I couldn’t order food after that point.
