This is one side of a duplex. Our house is just 5 minutes from the university of Memphis 10 minutes from the medical district and 15 minutes from Beale street or ikea!! We are kid friendly with a pack and play and options for toys. We are close to multiple bakeries for breakfast and 2 minutes from the grocery store.
