The bed and shower were great. The pool outside was 2/3 full of green water and looked awful. The front desk staff was curt and not friendly. I was very disappointed.

They could remove the carpets and replace with tiles so you can move your luggage easier. The carpet in the hallways is so thick it is very difficult to move/manicure not just the luggage but the luggage trolley.

This property don't have continental breakfast you have to pay for water call me it has no surrounding area where you can get anything to eat you have to catch it over and that's going to cost you about $15 to catch it over there and back to the hotel and I don't use Uber eat so it's a bad experience overall

Metal fence around the property due to the area not being good. Sliding glass doors leading outside so didn’t feel like I was secure inside. Bathroom door blocked by toilet from opening fully in king bed room. Overpriced food in Bistro which wasn’t very good.

Can’t Wait to Come Back!
This was an outstanding stay! First off, the staff is so kind and welcoming, helpful and responsive! The room was as close to spotless as a room can be, everything was operable including the door locks, appliances, thermostat, shower, sink, toilet, etc. Our room was perfect for two parents (king sized bed) and a kiddo (sofa bed). The only con was our room faced the highway, so there was road noise. The hotel cannot prevent this, so it’s just informational.
