Our stay at the Doubltree downtown Memphis was perfect. The location had a great bar with very friendly staff. We were able to walk to the Peabody to see the ducks and also walk easily to our restaurant for dinner. Thank you!

AVOID DOUBLE TREE MEMPHIS DOWNTOWN AT ALL COSTS

Valet lost keys for rental car causing us to be late for an appointment. Shower handle did not work. HVAC was either freezing or unbearably hot. Staff was nice but this place was a disaster and the GM did not seam to care.
