Good stay, Friendly staff. Real fast is good but is served in disposable plates and folks, spoons, knife and glasses. This does not contribute to take care of the environment. Out of the 3 treadmills no one was working, you need to do some maintenance over there. There were no tea bags in the breakfast.

Roaches in room. Requested housekeeping to empty trashbins and provide new towels. They did not clean the room. Spoke to supervisor who apologized and said that someone would be by shortly to clean. This did not occur. Was promised points to my account for these troubles. This did not occur.

Swimming pool area.
The only problem I had was with the pool area, there were younger children they're unsupervised, I had to go to the front desk because the other children were playing football in the pool with a real 🏈. Signs are posted no diving no jumping. Where is the sign for no ball playing? unless it's an appropriate ball for pools.

The happy hr and breakfast were great; however our room had only 2 tissues, 1/4 roll of toilet paper, and empty container of bodywash. We called that evening but didn’t get refills.
