I am only writing this so that I can stop receiving emails requesting that I do so. My stay was not fantastic. I was there from Friday-Monday. We had issues with check in and during breakfast. This was my 4th year in a row staying here for an annual event that my family and I attend. I will be finding somewhere else next year.

Property is clean and in a nice quiet area near the University of Memphis. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not within walking distance of any restaurants but they do have their own restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay whenever we visit.
We stay here every time we come to Memphis. They had a tough Friday evening checking people in after a visiting football team would not check out on time. The hotel staff did everything they could and the young man behind the desk was exemplary in the face of some angry customers. Was not the staffs fault. These hotel is excellent.

Nice roomy hotel, with bar and restaurant. The area surrounding is very quiet, although it is quite far from the central city. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. Enjoyed my stay

The room was very damp and humid. The few issues we had with the refrigerator and a light were immediately repaired, staff was attentive and friendly. Will stay again for convenience.

Overall, it is a nice hotel and a nice place to stay. The matress in our room didn't fit the frame. The gate that secured the parking area would not open as we were leaving. Fortunately, we still had a room key and exited through the entrance gate.

We arrived at 3 and didn't get checked in till AFTER 5. I understand a late check in because of the team but TWO hours is crazy!! The manager Michael was not helpful at all and did nothing as far as discount or even acknowledgement. To pay almost $200 for one night this experience was definitely not worth it!!
