The morning checkout person - Monica at Memphis Graceland La Quinta - refused to give me a checkout receipt upon checkout this morning. I am traveling for business and I require as CEO of my company - as does my CFO - a checkout receipt for all expense reports. I could not get a printed or emailed checkout receipt from Monica. She first said she couldn’t access my checkout receipt and then when I asked if I was in her system she said yes and that she didn’t have to give me a checkout receipt. I have never run into this before. I don’t know if it’s laziness, lack of customer service, or a training issue where she doesn’t know how to provide a printed or emailed receipt but given the number of people who come through Memphis and stay at your hotel I hope this is addressed immediately. Thank you!!
