This is my first time staying at Laqnita. I normally do Hilton properties but I was very surprised how nice the room was. I always book a room with sofa anf although the sofa sits low the room was just very nice. I had to do some work while there and the desk was spacious. I will definitely stay with this property again and this location again.

The hotel itself is great! Very clean, and a wonderful staff! The hotel is near two hospitals, so emergency vehicle sirens are frequent at night. Motorcycle traffic is high too. I would stay here again, but for a shorter length of time.

I wasn’t expecting much from a La Quinta, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff. Easy walking distance of Beale Street and FedEx Forum. Would stay again.

The staff is very friendly and the property is clean and walkable to beale st and downtown memphis. Breakfast was decent woth lots of seating options in the lobby. Parking was easy and felt secure.

Check in gentleman was kind, helpful, and respectful. Beds were ok. Way too much noise with other guests and their music…lasted way into the early morning hours. Sad and disrespectful!

Strong and bad smell, dirty bathroom with black hair on the floor and in the bathtub, wifi didn't work at all, poor breakfast, sausages were floating in oil and scrambled eggs were watery, otherwise you didn't have much choice, the air conditioning was noisy and the mattresses were uncomfortable. I don't recommend this hotel and we will never return.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about this place. The staff was wonderful. Despite being clean, there was always someone cleaning. Front desk people were fantastic and the breakfast was great. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend staying here. Close to downtown. Had a wonderful stay.

First time staying here and definitely will be back. Room was spacious and nice. Everything was clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Originally chose this hotel cause it was close to Memphis Grizzlies stadium, but will be back to explore Beale Street another time.
