The people running this place are so nice. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working; they delivered ice to my room. The room was so nice. It had an apartment size fridge and a built in mini glass stove top. A couple could easily live there. There was full size dove products to use. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was superb. Guest vehicles are locked in a gated area. Over all I was very impressed with the place. Should I ever find myself in Memphis I would definitely stay there again.

Even though the surrounding area is questionable the hotel is gated, and better than some of the other lodging options. Would stay here again, but you have to drive further to get to attractions

Great atmosphere and wonderful hospitality
We had a wonderful stay. The beds are hard but the rooms are clean. The gated parking lot gave us a sense of peace. The staff was super nice, and always willing to please. Divya worked the front desk when we arrived and she was very sweet. Chaitonya Worked the breakfast area and was super kind and personal with everyone. He offered to make us waffles and came by our table several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there every time we visit Memphis/Graceland which is several times a year.

I loved the the room it was awesome.Dylen enjoyed splashing in the pool plus he had his own tv in the room.The staff was great you couldnt ask for better people.
