This property is all computer so u have to take a picture of ur self adter u have drove 9 hrs and looook recked. The people right in ur face they dont help. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT COME! Room kinda smells. Like really dont like it

This hotel room wws awesome and for the most part clean except for the tub which was not so clean and had hair on it. Our room smelled okay but when you first walk in to the hotel it smelled really bad, also in the hallways and elevator there was an old and unpleasant smell. Everything else was fine. Thanks for the hospitality!

Check-in had some hiccups, but Mary and, I did not get the other ladies name, were doing their best to resolve the issues. I sat there for a while waiting One lady that had checked in came back down and reported shower issues. There were TV issues, our room was one as well, so we were moved to another room. When I left to get something to eat, the restaurant prices are rather pricey, when I came in, I was called over to the check in table. I was presented with a little basket full of amazing goodies: lotions, snacks, coffee pogs, etc, as a gift of apology for the check-in issues. It was a wonderful surprise. We were also offered a free hot breakfast but we didn’t have time to get it. The continental breakfast lacks A LOT!! One of the worse I’ve experienced. I believe several people were disappointed to say the least. My daughter went down to get a cup of coffee and returned empty handed. There wasn’t any and it was only a little after 9:00 am. I understand you are newly open. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, but there are definitely many quirks that need to be figured out. Never checked into a hotel that had a table as the check-in desk. Please do better! Not a good thing at all! Oh- and the inoperable elevator that I got into and had a slight “panic” moment when it didn’t move and I had to get my bearings straight to push the door button. Put a sign on it til fixed. Anyways, I wish you all the best in a blooming business and help making people rest easy! Best Wishes!!

Not worth it.
There is no one there after 11pm. No one can help you because there is nobody there physically. To check in it’s all done through an app. If you use Expedia or hotels.com then you’re out of the loop on how to check in and do it properly. It’s not compatible to book this hotel through hotels or Expedia. It’s under construction for about another year. Someone crapped in the indoor pool and they didn’t drain it or clean it. It was just cleaned out. Not worth the stay right now.

It’s just weird. No key, no front desk. You’re sent a code to enter in the door. You have to send your if and a selfie to check in and there was breakfast was the worst. Like nonexistent. I asked about coffee and the girl rolled her eyes.. now I did complain and the manager refunded 1/2 of our room but I would never stay here again …

Very elegant accommodation with modern decor and fantastic bedding. The only negative was the lack of affordable dining, which was not a real restaurant. No vending machines available for food or drinks. We had pizza delivered which was a life saver! Can’t get the photo function to work on this site or would show the beautiful room.

Pool was cold. Hot tub did not work. They wanted to charge me for breakfast that was free when I made reservations. Toilet blacked up and tv would not shut off so they gave us a different room. Staff were nice.

I enjoyed my stay over the Labor day weekend The hotel staff provided outstanding customer service. Everyone we encountered were very friendly, courteous and accommodating to all my requests. Specifically, Ty the hotel manager, Alexis and Kelly the front desk staff, and hotel security were all amazing. I would definitely stay there again.
