This area of Memphis used to have really bad hotels, so I was surprised to see one witha rating higher than 4, much less above 8. It's a real hotel! It's clean, comfortable, easy to deal with, and safe. They have a guarded parking lot! Very improtant in Memphis. I'm from Memphis, so this isn't a stranger beign rude but a local trying to be honest. This is the best deal for quality level in Memphis (and not too far from my family). Also, It's Quiet.

I wouldn’t mind staying there again. The property is very clean. The staff is very nice. The only issue is, they don’t have a front desk. Everything is digital. It can be very hard for seniors to check-in.

No peace, no hot water & no rest
The walls are very thin. I heard literally everything in the room next door including the alarm clock going off for 45 minutes 5 in the morning, no ac in the room and no hot water. The hotel was very clean and nice just poorly built.

THE ENTIRE STAY WAS VERY PLEASANT. VERY IMPRESSED BY THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND MENU FOR HOT BREAKFAST. WILL BE EVEN BETTER WHEN THE BAR FULLY OPENS AND SELLS LIQUOR. ONLY THING NEEDS FIXED OR IMPROVEMENT IS THE FRONT GATE. COULDNT EVEN LEAVE THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE MY TRUCK COULDNT FIT THROUGH THE OPENING

Over all the hotel was beautiful, staff was helpful and my room was very clean. The breakfast was terrible though! Their website had photos of a full Hot breakfast and all they had were muffins, apples and yogurt. Very disappointing.

It's being remodeled, but still very nice. Room was clean and beautiful. There is a few security cameras outside and when returning early in the morning, there was a security guard that opened the gate for us. We felt very safe. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The place was beautifully decorated for the price. I was blown away by the aesthetic of the lobby when we first entered with the beautiful Christmas decorations. The staff was super friendly and attentive to our needs. Best price and value for the stay. Would definitely stay again in the future.
