This area of Memphis used to have really bad hotels, so I was surprised to see one witha rating higher than 4, much less above 8. It's a real hotel! It's clean, comfortable, easy to deal with, and safe. They have a guarded parking lot! Very improtant in Memphis. I'm from Memphis, so this isn't a stranger beign rude but a local trying to be honest. This is the best deal for quality level in Memphis (and not too far from my family). Also, It's Quiet.

This property is all computer so u have to take a picture of ur self adter u have drove 9 hrs and looook recked. The people right in ur face they dont help. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT COME! Room kinda smells. Like really dont like it

Stay was overall good. Saw police patrol and cars were kept in an enclosed parking lot. The only issue was using the barcode to check in. I had to manually type in the key. Staff was easy to reach and were quick to respond.

Excellent hotel stay.
The hotel was great!! The check in process was different from anything I’m use to at any hotel since it is alll digital and there is not a front desk for checking in/out. Overall though the process was easy. The QR codes used as room keys are a little challenging as our didn’t want to read, thankfully there was also the option to use a key pad code which worked great. I say ditch the use of the QR codes and just stick to key pad codes. The hotel itself was still under renovations but what has been redone is beautiful. Our room was great. Comfy beds and very clean room. If we’re ever back in Memphis we will stay here again. The parking lot felt very secure with several security cameras. The only thing we were curious about is if someone did need hotel assistance like maintenance to fix something are they available on sight since we saw limited staff on the property?

We love the Vitality because it was convenient, security always present. Beautiful entry way, nice music, gym is really nice, facilities are beautiful. Bed was super comfy, breakfast was decent. It is in a run down area but the hotel is safe and very quiet. It would be lovely for a wedding event.

I would definitely stay here again. At first, I felt a bit anxious since it was my first time visiting, but the kind lady at the front desk truly put me at ease. She welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain everything about the hotel. To make the experience even better, she had her colleagues keep an eye out for me, which made me feel really cared for during my stay.

For a short stay, this place is just fine. But there's very little staff. When I needed help, I sent a text message to a number that had previously contacted me from the property. Theres no daily housekeeping, so we didnt receive fresh towels, the shower head was low and coming out of the walls, and there was no light switch for the light in the bathroom. Pros - free parking, comfortable bed and a nice lobby.

When ‘charcuterie board’ is on the menu, the cook should know how to make it. Keilbasa and cured meats were in the description. We initially got 2 ham steaks only and when I pointed out the menu, we then received cut up ham steaks and deepfried sausage. Three strawnerries are not ‘a variety of fruit’. Some training and education needed or remove it from the menu.

I know this hotel is transitioning but there’s a fair amount of work that needs to be done as of 10/24. My tub faucet never turned all the way off, they didn’t have their liquor license yet, and the jacuzzi and pool were both cold.
