My room had a leak in the ceiling and they refused to change our room the laundry machine didn't work and there was only one washer and one deyer and they locked the ice machine up at night so no one could get anyw. It wasn't what the picture said COMPLETE DIFFERENT, i got a single bed ,wasn't a king size has stated, the toilet stayed running all night, there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door, the sink was dirty, it was noisy, the tub was so stained that i checked into another hotel just to take a shower.

Service was good. Check in was easy. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Had to wait for someone a few minutes to check out in the am because no one was at the desk.

Requested a non-smoking room. Room I was given had ashtrays and burn holes in the bedding. Front desk insisted it was a non-smoking room. It didn't smell any worse than your average cheap motel room but still would have preferred to get what I reserved. Tv remote was broken and when I tried to go to the front desk, no one was there for over 30 minutes (and did not answer the phone either).
