Wonderful oasis
Property is in great shape and as shown in photos! Very quiet neighborhood, close to where we needed to be, and plenty of room. AC was so good we had to turn it to a warmer setting. Water pressure was amazing! All in all a great stay!

Great experience In Memphis
First time to Memphis and we couldn’t have been happier with our trip and this house to stay in. It was very clean upon arrival, all things were as listed, our kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. This is a great house to rent, very updated and on a culdesac street that was very quiet. We were close to everything and within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see in Memphis. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Memphis again.

Great home upgrades!
We loved staying at this property! This home has more than enough for us to do instsad of venfuring out in the city in our downtime. Don't judge the area by the drive in. Our GPS took us through a rough neighborhood but once we arrived it was quite nice. Some of the pros- amazing heavyweight duvets (thin blankets also provided), working hot tub, game room with board games/foosball, propane grill with propane tanks, full kitchen, and quiet neighborhood. Some things for the owners to think about: The master bed on the main floor was VERY soft. Too soft for my husband to sleep on but there were plenty of other bed options. Maybe provide a laundry basket downstairs since the master and hot tub are downstairs with the washer/dryer upstairs. The tv in the living area was small and hard to watch from across the large room. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!!

Great house, great neighborhood, no real problems
Having never visited Memphis before, we didn't really know what would be the best area in which to stay. Turns out, this is it! Cool place, quite spacious, with nice amenities and cute decor. Easy Uber ride to anywhere, but everywhere we wanted to go was under 10 minutes. I think this would be considered midtown. Neighbors were friendly. The shower in the downstairs suite is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.
