I recently stayed at the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel. I was very happy with the service I received. They let me check in early, which was a great asset! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

This is it a good part of the city. Stay somewhere safer. There are homeless people everywhere and lots of beggars. We mostly walked around from there but it was a most uncomfortable experience.

Hotel Needs a Refresh
The hotel is old and in need of a refresh. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as the mirror was not clean. My duvet had a stain that clearly couldn't be removed on it.

They need to be involved in what it is pet friendly is no only charge per dog ...!! And change the information on expedia, be clear with all the pet fees and be honest walk to Beale street is not 15 minutes...! Takes from there more than 20 minutes
