This is my favorite place, I am a huge Elvis fan, and the Guesthouse is just amazing. Our flight was cancelled due to a hurricane where we live and we had to stay an extra day, the manager Xavier honored my booking price for the extra night, totally professional and definitely making "Elvis" and "Lisa's" memory proud. Thank you for your kindness, friendliness and most of all professionalism we need more employees like this. Thank you Thank you!!!

Our stay at The Guest House at Graceland was nothing short of amazing. My only complaint is the first night, my girlfriend and I had just arrived after an almost fifteen hour drive, we decide to have dinner at EP’S… well after being seated we were given one of the worst waiters, I maybe have ever had. Not only did he only visit our table three times within the hour and almost a half we were there, he never even introduced himself upon arriving to the table, anytime we asked/ordered anything he would continually ask “is that it” before we could barely make the last part of our sentence out. We also didn’t appreciate the fact that our food was delivered by someone else and empty plates picked up by someone else; that probably didn’t receive any of the tip for the work that they did and the work our waiter DIDN'T do. Everything else was immaculate. Just suggest you don’t hire people who don’t care for the jobs they were given.

The hotel is beautiful with a free shuttle to Graceland. The only issue we had was with the room above us. It sounded as if they were moving furniture for hours. We finally called the front desk around 11:30 pm to have them ask the guests above us to stop whatever it was they were doing. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

We liked how convenient it was to take the shuttle to Graceland and its museums. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean. We thought the room was not quiet. We heard the people above us for 3 hours the first night at the hotel. We called the front desk after listening to the noise for about 2 hours, but it was about an hour later that the noise stopped. We could also hear people talking very clearly in the hotel hallway while we were in the room asleep. It woke us up.

The hotel is very nice but staying here a few days each year i sm starting to notice maintenence falling off. Our room toilet seat was loose and bathroom light was flickering. Other than that it was great experience.

Great Hotel- walk to Graceland or take their free shuttle. The fried chicken in the restraunt was delicious. The complimentary pb&j's and chocolate milk at 9 were a great finish to the day!

When we arrived they could not find our reservation which took awhile to straighten out. Then the pool was closed for the season while it was 90 degrees. And the hotel diffidently needs a lot of work . I was very disappointed and the hotel is not a 5 star luxury hotel I would never recommend this place to anyone

The property was beautiful. Very clean and the staff extremely helpful. However, I requested a courtyard view and got the view of the back border, overlooking the back fence, through trees, into the backyards of the neighbors behind the property. I wasn’t happy with that.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It is beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The shuttle to Graceland made it even better! I highly recommend this hotel!
