Classy hotel!
We had a wonderful time! It was nice to sit in the lounge and relax and unwind from your day while listening to the live music! Then get your complimentary peanut butter and jelly sandwich and chocolate milk at 9pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great shuttle service except it starts a little late for airport. The headboard in our room was dirty and was not cleaned the 4 days we were there. Other than that it is a great hotel.

Absolutely a great stay! The service is amazing from the time the shuttle picks you up at the airport until they drop you off, you will enjoy everything in between. Elvis would be proud! Great job at the hotel and at Graceland. We simply loved it!

Fun stay. A well kept clean hotel with fun Elvis accents and amenities. Live music, fire pits, PBJ snack, it’s a fun atmosphere whether you are an avid Elvis fan or not!

One must turn on the rain shower in order to get any water pressure, not everyone washes their hair every night. The shuttle driver needs to STOP her horrible LOUD singing in an small enclosed area. I was not happy to develop a migraine in the beginning of my "Graceland day"! She siglngled out birthday people to acknowledge them while leaving the rest of us to feel like we didnt belong there.
