It was nice and clean. It was also very convenient . The duvet was a bit heavy and the pillows too fluffy. Other than those things the stay was great.

Good location, very close to Beale St and in a walking distance from Lorraine Hotel. The staff - except for two nice ladies who were at the reception at night time - seemed to be bored by having to attend you, not even looking at us when we got in or out. The breakfast team at the restaurant was confused and slow, and the food quality was quite poor. The property conditions are ok.

Upon arriving in our room, we found about no less than 10 sewer flies in our shower. The restaurant food is subpar for $300 a night hotel and the bartender who tried to double charges on drinks we hadn’t even drank.

Everything at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. My room was cleaned every day. The only concern is an easy fix. There was an issue with the hot water. It wasn't hot enough for me :).
