My flight from Buenos Aires to Mendoza was cancelled due to a strike by pilots which grounded all domestic flights on September 13/14. Consequently, I was unable to travel to Mendoza. I made a generous offer to the Park Hyatt, recognizing that the pilots strike was also inconvenient for the Park Hyatt Mendoza. Unfortunately, the Park Hyatt management rejected my offer, so I absorbed 100% of the hotel cost due to an event that was out of my control.
