Checked in and went to the room to see that there was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the glass of the window- left and didn’t stay the night since it felt unsafe- toliet ran constantly and it smelled awful

Red Lion should be Red Tape Lion
Corporate policy ties up the deposit entirely to long. Wouldn't extend my stay for a day stating 'because my stay was a 3rd party reservation " I couldn't pay cash for an additional night. Stayed 10-02-2024 as of 10-12-2024 still no return of my deposit.

We have been to this property twice this month. We attended concerts at the Fox Theater downtown. This is a great location and there is a Carl's Jr. next door. Easy pick up for Lyft drivers. The rooms are good, nice big TV's and we felt safe. The back of the building rooms are really quiet. away from the Fwy. The bathroom is good. Water pressure is decent. The bed was super comfortable. It's good for a nights sleep.This is not the Marriott and if that's what you are used to than you will not be happy. If you usually stay in Rodeway Inn this is a nice upgrade. I have stayed in both. You can tell they are trying to make this a nice hotel.

Needs a Deep Odor Clean
Very disappointing, very different as the pictures advertised. Although, it looks like is been renewed, the odor of smoking and marijuana was very strong in the room almost to be unbearable. If almost drove back to Phoenix, but it was late night and I already had paid for the hotel, otherwise I would it have left.

The pictures definitely show something different. Unfortunately the towels were dirty and things seem really old. The sheets on the bed were also dirty. We had to put towels for us to sleep on the bed

Sketchy area
It was a little sketchy, homeless man was wandering around pool area, another guest followed me to the office and stood outside staring at me, sat by pool staring at my family, then followed me to our room trying to be sneaky about it walking around the cars, in the rooms TV's would not work one room did not have a phone to call desk, breakfast was ok
