Don't book this through Expedia! The hotel is good, one of the nicest in the area. Its location right next to the highway is safe and convenient but charmless. But the communication between Expedia and the hotel was so bad. Expedia charged us for an optional breakfast but the hotel had no record of it (when contacted, Expedia claimed the hotel included free breakfast which was obviously false based both on the hotel's and Expedia's website). Then we got double charged for the room, the kicker being that the hotel charged us $30 LESS than Expedia. The room was stylish and you could tell it had been updated; the bathroom was similarly updated but a little less polished. Bed was very comfortable and bottled water provided. It's in an area of middling hotels and a solid choice--we'd stay here again.

When I arrived, the computers were down for at least 45 minutes. I had a similar experience at this hotel a few years back. You really need to fix that. I also was put in the very last room on my floor. Since I had recently had hip surgery, I was not too happy about that. The room was comfortable as well as the bed. I hate that there is no dresser with drawers for clothes.

I genuinely appreciated the accommodating and hospitable staff. Everyone from reception to the dining staff to housekeeping were very pleasant, and personable. The room was a good size and I liked that they actually had a luggage rack. I also liked that there was a restaurant on the premises that had tasty choices for meals.
