- Location convenient for Sarinah Mall and the main north / south transport routes. - Laundry facilities were useful and appreciated. - Breakfast was reasonably good. - Staff friendly and helpful. - No safe in room, unfortunately. The staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was more than we hoped for with options that included delicious fresh fruit, coffee, scrambled eggs, chicken, noodles, veggies and more. The fact that they offer free self-serve laundry facilities is a huge bonus for long term travelers. The "Boutique" hotel uses a shuttle service from the airport so be sure to ask about this. We messaged them several times prior to our stay however, communication is a bit delayed. Overall we loved our stay.
