I've recently returned from a 10night stay with my family. Pools and location to the beach were great. Aside from that, I don't have much good to report.
- Accommodation was poor. Basic 2 bed apartment was insanely small. Balcony was too small to be practical. Self catering element was impossibly small. As you get out the shower you're backing into the toilet. Walls are paper thin. Second bedroom more like a cupboard. Beds incredibly uncomfortable. The apartment was extremely dated & really needs work, to the point where it was impractical. Bathroom tap was impossibly stiff. Shower curtain pole fell on my son whilst he was in it. Front door card failed on 3 different occassions & we were left on the doorstep in the burning sun whilst waiting for a handyman.
- The buffet was great for breakfast, good variety of hot and continental options. However it was pretty poor at dinner. The meat & fish were fatty, chewy & poor quality. Very limited options for children. One of the biggest issues for me was that there were flies all over the food at all times. And my biggest complaint being that you don't even get a glass of water with your dinner despite paying for half board. Water costs extra which I've never come across in any hotel buffet. Everyone we spoke to quite rightly had issue with this.
- Don't expect to get a sunbed or umbrella after 8am - there are simply not enough to go around.
- Entertainment is low quality for peak prices.
This is a 2-3 star hotel with good pools.
