Villa Ferrer is a typical Menorcan house with stunning sea views. It is located in the quiet urbanization of port d'Addaia and has capacity for 9 people.
The villa has a wonderful private pool and barbecue with large outdoor spaces where you can enjoy the sun and nature.
The villa consists of two totally independent floors. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea.On the ground floor, with independent access, are the rest of the bedrooms, a bathroom, another fully equipped kitchen and a bright living area that gives access to the outside and where you will find some beautiful stairs that take you directly to the sea.
Surroundings:
In the same urbanization you will find an area of restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You can also take the opportunity to do many water activities such as kayaking, diving and boat rentals.
The magnificent beaches of Arenal d'en castell and Son Parc are only 10 minutes away by car.

If you want a quieter and less crowded beach, you can immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters of Macaret Beach, just 5 minutes away.
