Check-in was quick and easy! The room was neat and spacious enough for the two of us staying here. The only inconvenience was that the elevator didn’t work so I walked up two stories to the third floor with my luggage. However, the place is beautiful overall and I would love to stay here again!

Great location for restaurants and museums. Elevator was not working (as warned in the listing) but 4th floor on hot days was not enticing. Pool was very cloudy. Staff was helpful in getting us into a room on a lower floor -- thank you for that. Independent coffee shop right off the lobby was convenient and good coffee. Interior courtyard is charming. Good shower pressure and hot water! Thank you for help holding our bags and getting us a taxi on our last day!

Mi estancia fue por dos noches, mi cuarto reservado no le servia el aire acondicionado. Lo bueno que sí me pudieron cambiar de cuarto. El baño tenia un olor no muy agradable, las toallas estaban manchadas, el control remoto ni servia. La alberca estaba muy sucia.

Fantastic location. Beautiful appearance. Nice staff. Great coffee shop on location. Not great maintenance around facility. None of the fountains or pool waterfall operational. A ton of mosquitos and NoSeeUms around property, including in the rooms. Pool had so many dead bugs on surface it was unusable.

There air conditioning system is way to old don’t work properly. The mattress is super hard, the towels it was supposed to be white but there more yellow because there to old.

El lugar es muy lindo, limpio y tranquilo, el jardin con alberca y un par de arboles enigmaticos me pareció encantador y en realidad es mas grande de como se aprecia en las fotos. *El único inconveniente fue el elevador fuera de servicio, pues a veces tengo que cargar a mi hija y estaba en el 3er piso :) espero que pronto lo reparen.

Truth be told. On day one, I was late due to a flat-tire. On day two, my flight was late. United put me up in a hotel and gave dinner / lunch vouchers. I was on phone for a long time with Delta & Expedia, explaining the unusual situaion. Helen of Expedia, helped by refunding the full amount. Thank you Helen, for extraordinary customer service.

6 night stay
Hotel is conveniently located, near plaza, Restaurants and shops. Facility is ok but could use some improvements (i.e. new-working toilets), and bed was not comfortable. I do not recomend it for a long stay. Parking was located 2 blocks away & I was not told when I called the hotel to inquire about parking. The inconvenience was having to ask an attendant at another hotel to let me in & out of the lot as it was locked for safety. The grounds are nice & have a lot of potential and is relaxing to sit out in the garden.
