10 out of 10!!! Incredible hotel!!

We had such an incredible stay in this hotel!! The staff was perfect!!! Alfonso the concierge was the absolute best!! The room we stayed in was the absolute best!! We had the best rest of our lives. The bathroom and shower were amazing and the plunge pool was a highlight of our whole trip to Mérida!!

The hotel had only been open for 3 months so it was not full. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The room was very comfortable and well-decorated. They had a great bar and a nice little restaurant that served breakfast and lunch. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops and the city of Merida is very safe.

Excelente lugar ! Deberían tener agua caliente en la alberca privada para poderla disfrutar en días fríos o posteriores a lluvia. Pero nos encantó el hotel !
