Poor service, the hotel and the rooms are very dirty. The day of my arrival they didn’t had clean towels throughout the hotel, my family and I had to wait more than 2 hours to shower. The sheets of my bed were stained. We ended up moving to another hotel.

No dan agua. Hay que dejar la llave al salir, pero cuando regresas puede que no haya quien te la de. El día que llegamos no servía el elevador. No hay tazas reusables para tomar el café y no había café hecho en la mañana

Pros: Angel, one of the staff was super nice. Everyone else not so much. Central location to everything! Rooms are spacious. Cons: The power went out on the last day I was there. Walls are super thin, you can hear everything.

The property is nice and cozy, the king size bed is amazing, the only thing I had to complain about is the room we were assigned to, was close to the main entrance and on the ground floor. We highly suggest requesting a room on the top floor as it shouldn’t be noisy.

Great stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcomed. Our room had a balcony directly over the pool. The view was nice and never got too noisy while we were there. And since we had no upstairs neighbors but a rooftop, it was very quiet. The hotel is near enough to walk everywhere, but far away to hide away and rest if needed. Sure will return if we’re ever in Mérida again.

Every person in reception was exceptional, English / Spanish bilingual, and awsome Energy! Booked for 3 nights, it had a muggy scent due to not having god air circulation. Our rim Is as in the first Level, right by the pool, the 2 windows we had could not open, one had a screw and the other was on the entry hallway. Very noisy, We decided to stay due to the walking distance fromRestaurants and the surrounding interest. Another issue is the shower drain, it drains the water a bit slow ;(,

Nice BUDGET hotel near Center of town
Nice Budget hotel with limited amenities.. Hot water/Air Conditioning & comfortable bed is what they offer... Could use a good lock on the door..our room didn't have one just doorknob lock .. No safe to lockup ur passport & valuables..Iron on request no board... No shelf in bathroom for cosmetic case.. Skip the breakfast their are plenty of places in walking distance to eat and a few other little things missing.. I wish the management would stay in the room and see what a traveler needs....
