Great location. Very charming hotel. Our room had a bad odor and the bathroom smelled like someone had just done #2, but my husband didn’t notice. (I have incredibly keen sense of smell, which is annoying at times.) For what I paid, it was well worth it!

My room was quiet and comfortable, with a balcony I appreciated. The restaurant offers a very pleasant option; so does the swimming pool. Staff are very helpful. Location is also good, just a ten minute walk from historic squares.

The hotel is pretty nice and it has an excellent location in the center of the city! You can walk around and enjoy the nightlife in Merida! Best option!

Staff was very unfriedly. During my check in the front desk was rude. I had to cancel and book my reservation again, so they would not charge 20 additional dollars to my stay. They did not leave all the amenities. No real difference with a normal room. Found coackroaches three times in the Lobby bathroom, reported them. In the afternoon, they were still there. Which means they did not clean after i reported them.
