We were passing through Merida on our way to Mexico City and this hotel was perfect for our needs. It is an older property, but has everything, and we slept well. Great service too.

It took a long time for check in, room was not ready. Staff wasn’t around to help with the luggage during check in and out. The swimming pool was not clean! The place is a ran down place, old mattresses with holes! We couldn’t wait to check out! I do not recommend to any one!

The floor in my bedroom was very dirty. A console had a tacky spilled liquid which was not cleaned. Just a very filthy room.

El lugar solo es para dormir. Los baños son minúsculos, con mucho trabajo se pueden utilizar. De los dos elevadores que tienen solo uno funciona, y al no tener elevadores de servicio pues hay que estar esperando al equipo de mantenimiento a que terminen de usarlos. La entrega del departamento a la llegada nos hicieron esperar más de una hora de la hora indicada. El personal de limpieza no solo no tiene actitud de servicio, a momentos es grosera. Y para terminar, si quieren servicio de comida al cuarto solo antes de las 13hrs. Pues a esa hora cierra el restaurant.

I love this hotel. Staff is super-friendly and helpful. Room with balcony is great. Reasonably-priced. Good breakfast but go early or late when it is less crowded. I especially liked the water coolers in the hallways.

The personnel is very nice and helpful, best part of the hotel. Location is great to walk in centro. Old hotel, kind of painted doors to make it look better but not even close to make it look good. the room was run down, and ours smelled like sewer the whole time (we had two rooms across from each other, people staying the other one said they didn’t smell anything). TVs didn’t work either.
