My stay at El Conquistador was lovely. The staff & service were responsive, helpful, and friendly. Lots of great restaurants and cocktail bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

I was very happy with just about everything at the hotel. In particular, the staff were great. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only fault I found was that the room did not come equipped with the usual refrigerator.

No quisieron facturar mi estancia debido a que el pago no se realizó directo en el hotel y fue a través de la agencia Expedia y sigo gestionando que me facturen y esto es muy problemático debido a que es un viaje de negocios y requiero factura para comprobación para mis gatos, deberían de considerar hacer la factura como atención a sus clientes
