The Merida Palace is in an excellent hotel in a central location. It is a fabulous building with excellent staff: very friendly and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Lovely room, great location, super welcoming staff. I give this a 10. If managers want to improve, my ideas: * Redecorate the courtyard; it needs coherence. * Remodel the dining room to give it warmth. * In the bathtub in room 118 when you lie back in the water and look up at what I think are heating elements (white tubes) you see ugly rust-colored goo. Clean this up, because it mars what is otherwise an impeccable and gorgeous bathroom.

Hotel is conveniently located; walking distance to main historical attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plumbing needed minor repair (broken shower head bracket). Valet parking was convenient and cost 24 EU.

Hotel lovely located. Rooms great, square lovely. But.. hotel bar VERY limited white wine (strangely). Closed very early, while square open. Breakfast limited.. not one I’d get up for.
