Very easy check in process. Decent price. Bed was comfortable. Room didn't have any night stands, clock, Kleenex or electrical outlets that were in good spots for charging your phone. Traffic noise was very loud.

We got a room on short notice on our way to Gulf shores and it served it's purpose, but our bathroom smelled like someone did a number 1 all over the walls or something. The bathroom was visibly dirty . However the mini fridge was super cold so I guess there is that.for 70 bucks I'd like to see a cleaner space and towels without stains.

Stay wasn’t bad, but I ended up needing to cancel 4 of my 6 days I paid for, and they would not refund me without me returning to the property after I had already returned home, a 4 hours drive. Also before I left I asked them about getting refunded and they told me I had to do it through hotels.com. I was unable to do it through hotels.com because the check in had already passed. I sent them a message through the site after I had already left and THEN they said well, if I returned they could refund me two nights. Well, I would have spent all the money getting refunded on gas once I left, not to mention wear and tear on my vehicle or the 8 hours needed to drive there and back. Just pay night by night, if you pay for multiple nights and ending up needing to leave it is almost impossible to get refunded.

The sheets was soiled, the room had not been cleaned. The floor was so nasty until the towel I laid on the floor turned black. The refrigerator was nasty. The sheets that I got from the office were brown and they were suppose to be cleaned. I would love a total refund
