The first thing I did was go to hang up my dress and the entire closet rack fell to the floor. I had to call to get clean sheets put on the bed due to blood. The second pair of sheets that came up were also dirty. The third time housekeeping came the duvet cover was dirty. Very disappointed with this stay.
