Mystic Meadow offers space, fun and family times - a retreat/resort away from it all, yet so close to all the local restaurants, wineries, and shopping the stunning Shoalhaven is famous for!

Located only 8 minutes to Berry and 6 minutes to Nowra, Mystic Meadow sits between these locations and offers easy access to the many gourmet delights and boutique shopping experiences in the beautiful township of Berry.

For the boating, surfer or bush walking enthusiast, you are only minutes to picturesque Shoalhaven River and 20 minutes to the magnificent 7 Mile Beach in Gerroa, Kangaroo Valley is a beautiful 35 minute country drive, you will just love exploring this stunning area!

The beautiful Shoalhaven is known as wedding central, Mystic Meadow is ideal to cater to families or groups needing accommodation close by to the many wedding venues in the area. Mystic Meadow is located right next door to the Heritage Meroo Meadow Church, very convenient if attending a wedding!

The accommodation provided is a 2 story home, consisting of 4 bedrooms, with super comfortable beds (all linen and towels are provided).

1 x KING BED (this bed can be split into two singles)
1 x QUEEN BED
1 x SINGLE BED
(Additional single bed can be added if required $70 per night)

Two bathrooms, two toilets (one bathroom upstairs and the other downstairs). Mystic Meadow has been beautifully renovated so our returning guests are in for a treat!

The enormous wrap around balcony looks out over the property and up to the mountain, the perfect spot to watch the kids playing in the pool or sip a glass of bubbles and read a book (very hard to stay awake here though, it is so comfy!)...

Come downstairs to a newly renovated large lounge and dining room 2 leather lounges, tv beautiful views across the pool and up to the mountain a lovely space to curl up and chat after dinner.
The dining room seats 8 the table extends to allow more space.
A stunning Hampton style kitchen with luxury appliances Smeg 900 oven with gas cook top will cook up a storm for family gatherings.

Enjoy your meals inside or outside, there are so many places to relax.

So much to keep you occupied at Mystic Meadow, enjoy BBQ's, play a game of tennis on the half tennis court, shoot some hoops, swim in the enormous pool, wander through the secret garden, pick some fruit in the orchard, play board games, listen to music, play darts or bocce, have a glass of red and a sing a long around the fire pit, pet the ponies next door, take a walk down a country lane, play spot the wombat and name that bird (there are so many living here!) the list goes on!

Mystic Meadow is also PET FRIENDLY... (please advise what breed of dog as large dogs can jump over the fence and disrupt the Neighbours horses and cows) the area around the house is fully fenced and gated (the rest of the property is NOT fully fenced. Please clean up after your pets thank you.

Dogs welcome DOWNSTAIRS ONLY PLEASE. An additional fee will be charged if extra cleaning is required due to dogs on beds.
There is a baby gate available to keep the pets downstairs.

There are 2 dams on the property that DO NOT have fencing, you agree you are completely responsible for children's safety whilst staying at Mystic Meadow Retreat.

Mystic Meadow has hosted women's retreats, yoga retreats and is a great venue for hosting creative workshops for artists...(you can sit and paint that view all day!)

Mystic Meadow is a warm and inviting holiday home where you can put your feet up and do absolutely nothing, wonder around the area at your leisure or be as active as you like, it's up to you, BEWARE there is something magical about this place, you may never want to leave!

The Perfect Spot

Wonderful relaxing getaway
A lovely property which exceeded all expectations. Beautiful views, the house was perfect, kids loved the pool whilst the parents relived their youth shooting basketball hoops and playing tennis. The enclosed yard was perfect for our pet dog. We couldn't have asked for more. Well situated between Berry, Nowra and local beaches as well. Thank you Alison and John for sharing your property. Was a very nice and comfortable stay
I stayed for 3 nights with my family to attend a wedding that weekend, and it was great! Weather was rainy but the house was very comfy. Netflix was available and there was the tennis court and the pool. Kids had a great time! they jumped into the pool even though it was so cold! The house was prepared with some food as well which was a real pleasant surprise. and when Alison said towels were provided, basically there were enough towels for 6 ppl for 3 days even if we didn’t do any laundry. Was a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend!

Exceeded expectation
We had a wonderful weekend staying at Mystic Meadow Retreat to celebrate our twins 21st birthday. The house is beautifully set up with different entertaining/relaxation areas and everything you could possibly need is supplied. Allison and John are exceptional hosts, providing goodies in the fridge and a very thoughtful birthday gift for the twins. The tennis court, pool and dartboard were heavily used all weekend, as were the many gorgeous seating areas, all vantage points for the amazing views. Relaxing, fun, rejuvenating and the fact we could bring our two pups made this the perfect place for our family. We were there 30 minutes before my daughter was planning our return. Thank you Alison and John for sharing your beautiful property!

Fabulous getaway
Had a lovely weekend. Greeted by John and Alison on arrival and shown around property. Everything was supplied, fridge and cupboards stocked with everything we could want. We really didn’t need any of the supplies we bought, so that was lovely. Beautiful spot, pool was clean and lovely. Beds were all very comfy so everyone was comfortable. Only having one bathroom upstairs wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for other groups I suppose, depending on mix and length of stay. Thank you John and Alison🙏

Well Deserved Relaxing Retreat
Our stay was very relaxing - so many activities to keep the teenagers busy. They played tennis, basketball, darts and swam most days! The pool area is great and can easily accommodate everyone. Plenty of room in the house too. It was great having the dog with us and knowing he was well secured to roam yard around the house that is securely fenced. Alison was very welcoming and easily accessable for any questions we had during our stay! We really enjoyed our stay and choose to relax and not worry about the time. Thank you

The best house ever by the tweens
What a beautiful surprise this property was, the photos do not do it justice. It’s a home - not a holiday house as everything is perfect and anything you need in hand. From complimentary food items and all the Xmas decorations we felt very spoilt. Waking up to the country view and listening to the kids decide between pool, basketball or tennis first was a joy ! We will be back.

An Amazing Place
One of the best getaways we've had where little to no planning is required as there is so much to do and enjoy on the property itself, especially for children. Alison and John are fantastic hosts with the house well equipped, stocked and linen and towels provided. Would definitely love to return soon!

This place was exactly as it advertised itself. Lots of space to spread out and plenty of large enough areas for all 7 of us to hang out together. Alison was very welcoming and made sure we all settled in quickly and easily. Would definitely suggest a visit!

Pool(unheated), tennis court and basketball was awesome to use whilst on our holiday, Split system Aircon in all bedrooms and common areas and 2 bathrooms really made for a comfortable stay, Fire pit was awesome each night to have a few drinks around. Only issue we had was bit closer to neighbors than we were expecting being on 5 acres, which led to a noise complaint (self inflicted i guess) however the property owner was very polite in letting us know. other than that house was great.

Everything we needed and more
Best stayz stay we have enjoyed by far. Comfortable home with everything we could possibly need, even the kitchen pantry was stocked up. Heaps to keep you occupied while relaxing a small tennis court, basket ball hoop, plenty of room for the dogs, balcony with a view of the hills and ponies in the paddock... most of our time was spent in and around the lovely pool area. Looking forward to our next stay.

What a relaxing place to stay. The property is set amongst lush countryside. We had all these plans to explore the South Coast and ended up relaxing around the house enjoying the pool /playing tennis and going for walks. Shout out to Alison and John who were super accommodating and attentive hosts, making our stay easy and enjoyable.
