Welcome to KEREOLE, studio located on the 1st floor of a small 3-storey building (no elevator), in the heart of the village of Mesquer/Quimiac (restaurants and shops on site), 200 m from the beach, 10 km from Guérande and 17 km from La Baule. Many hiking trails and fishing on site... the ideal place to enjoy all the leisure activities and services on foot!
Covered balcony of 16 m² facing west, with garden furniture and deckchairs. Private parking space and shared bicycle storage.
Living room of 27 m² with kitchenette/lounge/living room (convertible 120x190) and sleeping area (160x200 bed that can be converted into 2 80x200 beds) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: cot/baby chair.
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets (bed made on arrival).
Not included: towels, tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning.
Possibility to visit the owners' dairy farm located in Guérande.
