Wonderful helpful front desk staff (we needed a taxi for 04:00 AM). Excellent location across from train station (very easy to drop our bags and then head into old Venice). Several dining options within an easy walk. Room itself was tight but perfect for 1 night.

Great hotel location and easy transport links
Good location. Easy transport links into Venice with only €1.50 train ride to main Venice which is a 10 minute train ride. We also arrived by car so the hotel has a multi level car park which offer a discounted rate. Room we had was okay and comfortable. Friendly staff and extremely helpful too. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next trip back

Conveniently, located across the road from Mestre Station. Not much dining close by and the local area felt a little dodgy. Beware if you stay on the top floor as the A/C machinery can be heard at night.

Mold in shower. Super small room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was worth the 8 euro with yogurt, fruit bowl, coffee, juice, scrambled eggs etc. the area is sketchy but location is right across the street from Mestre station for easy train access.

I love this hotel/apartment! Our room was as big as an apartment with all the amenities! Love the kitchen and inside washer! The staff was excellent and professional! The rates compared to others is excellent! I can’t say more positive things about this place. Location is excellent in particular walking distance to Aldi grocery store! Just WOW!

Staff was extremely accommodating, and rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be functioning very well, the entire hotel was well above an optimal temperature. I liked the hotel very much but probably would not stay again simply because of the air conditioning.

A pleasantly surprisingly good property (in an upgraded room) except for the fact the air conditioning doesn’t work at all and the room was about 30degrees all night! Rooms have been upgraded really nicely, super comfy bed, just a shame about the poor aircon

Overall, it is a nice hotel—property is clean and in good location in terms of proximity to train station. Please be aware that the checkout is not noon as posted on the homepage of the hotel’s website…or else you will be met with rudeness… The gentleman at the front desk on our day of check out was rude—we arrived back to the hotel at 11:20 as we understood check out to be at noon per their website and then quickly had to retrieve our luggage due to a hearsay check out time of 11. The front desk staff member did not apologize to us, stating the website was in error and we should’ve known checkout to be “usually 11” I would look to stay at another hotel for better customer service
