This hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is convenient to the Mestre train station. However, the AC does NOT work. I do not recommend staying here in warm weather.

Rooms are small but comfortable. Location is close to train station for quick access to Venezia. Air conditioner in room was poor and room was hot, muggy, and uncomfortable after a long, hot day in Venezia.

I would give a higher rate on the staff, but there is this one person, at the front desk, he is an older gentleman with glasses, he is rude to foreign visitors not even acknowledging or looking at their faces when they speak to him. Everyone else was extremely nice

We stays there for one night as part of our trip. The bathroom and bath tub were not very clean. It is also very small (i am a very slim guy but still i felt it to be small). One of the glass door was not functioning, so the water from showe was getting on the tiles of the bathroom. The tub surface was slippery and my wife fell in the bathtub.

The room did not match what I booked on Expedia. The staff were arguing with us. Initially we had an old, musty and stuffy room. After complaining and going to the reception twice. We were moved to a new room. The new room air conditioning was «  not working « . The room was very hot.

This property is in need of renovation. Room was tired and worn. Mold in shower and hot water in shower would come and go. Not a great experience except for being convenient to train station for trips into Venice.

The area doesn’t have much to offer in the evening and not many restaurants. It is close to the main areas of Venice with easy access by the train. The staff and breakfast were good.
