Staff were very helpful! Rooms were a little tired. Hotel grounds didn’t look as nice as the photos but still a quiet location. Bus stop to Venice nearby.

Staff was very courteous, efficient and fully understood the value of customer service. They were also multilingual which helped. The breakfast was very good and provided a variety of food to please various customers and taste. The entire hotel was absolutely immaculate. We felt totally secure at this facility. The bus stop to go to Venice was a 2 minute walk at most. The bus takes 20 to 30 minutes to get to Venice. The hotel can provide advice and tickets to take various transportations.

We would also like to thank the ladies Manuela Segala and Rebecca Campomori for their excellent service and the kindness with which they treated us. They are the best. Everything good with the exception of online checkin and Wi-Fi access which were unnecessary complicated. Attitude of some staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. I don’t know about this case, but often the way staff treat customers is a reflection of how they themselves are treated from above. Very convenient location and parking, very comfortable room. Breakfast good. Bar service slow.

This is the place to stay of you plan to visit Venice. Bus stop is a few steps away, also staffs are going to give you a map for tour, sells bus ticket at reception. Super helpful and friendly people here

Great quality. Great location, exceptional staff
Service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to assist us when we arrived early, from luggage storage, to laundry assistance to sorting out bus tickets and recommendations for Venice. Location was covenient with bus stop nearby and restaurant onsite that we took advantage of for dinner with lovely staff also. Buffet breakfast went down a treat in the morning. We were in a family room (for up 5 ppl)and found the space very adequate and bedding very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Room and bathrooms were dirty and shower head attachment to the wall was broken making difficult to shower. At 4 am felt something in my leg and woke up to find a freaking plastic bag underneath the sheets I was sleeping in (so nasty and gross that I couldn’t sleep anymore and here I am writing this review at 5:48am before hiring the road). Service obviously is horrible due to cleaning and the old Madam at the front desk (who assumed we don’t understand or speak Italian - it’s funny of what you hear when you pretend to only know English) and after seeing how they cleaned the room I was happy to not accept the reservation they officer us at the hotel restaurant yesterday evening. Location is okay only because it is 15 minutes away from Venice and parking is free.
