This was a really terrible experience. The room was so nasty. The shower curtain has blood spots. The toilet didn't flush properly, and the entire atmosphere is awful. I will never stay there again. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Me and my companion got sick of this.

During check in, front desk person was on a personal phone call and didn’t put the phone down while checking me in, thought that was a bit rude. Got to our room Our window was open and we realized it wouldn’t close completely or lock. In the mean time another patron of the hotel was yelling about a dog being let out of his room and was yelling saying he was goi g to shoot someone and that he had a pistol in his car. This was a bit concerning with our window not closing or locking. Went back to the office and Talked to them and the gentleman said he would come and fix it. We had plans so we were leaving and he said that was fine he would go fix it. We came back to our room late and it was not fixed or even rigged to close. We were checking out early the next morning so we just left it. And also the shower did not work. Not a good experience for us

Terrible place to stay, they opened the door on my room and let my service dog out of my room!!! Then proceeded to call the law on me and my wife cause we we're upset.... a very unsafe place to stay.... homeless people harass u in the parking lot.....bad experience all the way around

The lady at front desk gave my son a key to a room that someone was in. He could have been killed. Person could have thought he was breaking in. The sheets looked dirty. The refrigerator and the AC made noise the whole time. The bath area has mold everywhere. I have breathing problems so I had to sleep with a mask. We slept ready to run. Never put pjs on wasn’t sure some else would come in our room. It is just terrible all the way around the situation. Then the manager said he checks the room never seen the mold. But says its cause because of the AC unit overhead. Really, he was one of those smart butts on the phone.

Could not understand manager/owner and clerk. Trash on walkways. Moldy smell in rooms. Mold outside walkways. Telephone in room was dead and could not call front desk. A/C was loud. Ice machine looked icky. Access to and leaving motel was difficult.
