Everything is A class service. Unfortunately the rooms don’t have heat system. Somewhat understandable because summer time can reach 120F degrees but winters are cold too since it’s a desert. Staff the best! Cleanliness top notch. Ample secure parking.

We have stayed at the real inn for many years and we like it but this time we got the luxury room and the beds were terrible plus the sheet had stains on it and when I check the breakfast was supposed to be included when I got to the property they said it wasn't, many other times had been included but it's a good hotel all the stuff is very friendly and efficient and clean except for the beds this time but I do recommend it

Good hotel, got there 15 min prior check had us wait those 15 min for the room, no bar soap in room, apart from that clean, elevators work, great parking.

The property is nice. It is getting old and they do not have phone chargers at the front desk or they should sell them, but other than that, its a great hotel for the price. Beds are nice, its clean. The shower ris not a lot of luxury water but it will do. I couldn't find the heater.
