Overall comfortable stay
Our stay was very good. Check in was very late in the early morning hours due to hour flight schedule and the front desk was very understanding about that. Our room had all we needed except for bath towels which we asked for and received. A nice breakfast with a good variety of food was offered however the burners beneath the food were not being used and the food was not very warm.

I like the location and how clean it always is. Our family enjoys the complementary breakfast. On this trip the hotel was short staff and we didn't get the excellent service we always get, but it will not change my rating.

The property is not too bad, but the service is very poor. There were no towells in the room and noone unswer the telephone at room service. I had to walk and ask for towells at the front desk only to be confronted by the person at the front desk. He was unrespecfull and ofencive. I will never stay here again

No vale lo que es... Colchon durisimo, no habia toallas en el cuarto, no habia shampoo/jabon, la puerta del baño no cerraba, solo se encimaba, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, no hay estacionamiento suficiente, etc etc etc...
