Muy buen servicio de la recepción y toda la gente que trabaja ahí. Se escucha mucho lo q sucede en la habitación de alado y tuve muy mala suerte con una pareja peleándose toda la noche. la ubicación excelente y todo muy limpio y lindo.

When I arrived, there was no one in the front desk. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came. Breakfast is poor. The room and the building are clean and well kept. Overall, service improvement would make ParkLife Masaryk an excellent option.

La atencion excelente, desde la persona en el front desk hasta la señora que nos preparaba el desayuno, solo cosas buenas que decir, si hay que hacer un comentario seria que me Parecio muy extraño no Conseguir una maquina de hielo, y que no hubiera hielo en la propiedad, de resto todo fue perfecto.

It is OK but there are some things they can improve: The breakfast is symbolic. After 3 or 4 people eat, everything is gone. No eggs. But they make a lot of noise setting it up every morning. No extra toilet paper anywhere. You have to ask for it, which is kind of odd. They come and clean but they never make the bed which is also odd.

Como agente de viajes, no solo he hecho uso de este hotel por más de cuatro años, por lo menos dos o tres veces al año, el año pasado reservé ocho habitaciones para un evento en CDMX, es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, excelente ubicación, pero lo negativo de este hotel, es la administración, personas que a cualquier solicitud te dicen NO a todo y luego hacen lo que solicitaste, CERO atención al cliente, CERO amabilidad, CERO voluntad de cumplir con alguna solicitud o necesidad requerida. Esto hace que tu estadía sea miserable. Dos días sin papel higiénico!! Tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio papel, tres clientes que envíe en lo que va del año con las misma inconformidades, personal en rececpción sin educación y pésima actitud. Definitavemnte será la última vez para mí y para mis clientes. Hay mejores opciones nearby!
