Excellent location. Very close to the Zocalo. Building despite old is keeping in very good conditions. Staff allways happy to help. Definitely i would recommend

The location is fantastic - you're right in the beating heart of El Centro. The building is safe and secure, with a good elevator. I appreciated having self-serve laundry facilities on site. The rooms themselves are on the spartan side. This appears to be a converted office building, because the "windows" open onto the corridor. I had major problems getting hot water. The staff were responsive and got the water going again, but it soon quit on me. So I spent a couple mornings with cold showers. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to take a break from the hustle. I enjoyed grabbing a plate of tacos from next door ans chilling on the roof.

Good location, walkable to Centro Historico sites. Comfortable bed, GREAT shower! Odd floorplan in room 102; no real sitting area other than hard uncomfortable kitchen chairs; sofa in bedroom but no reading lamps near it. No English-speaking staff; difficult to get help. But good value for the price and overall quite satisfactory.

My family and I enjoyed our stayed in this property. It was so convenient. It is in the heart of Mexico City. It was a 5 minute walk to Zocalo and Cathedral. There are stores everywhere. We really enjoyed cdmx rentals. Also very important, the property was very clean and safe.

We loved everything about this place. The location is super close to the zocalo and many places we wanted to visit. Yet, it was a few blocks from so much noise. The staff were all really helpful and very quick to respond to our questions. The space worked well for our family (2 adults 3 teen kids). The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed- dishes, cooking, utensils, etc. and a laundry room which was very useful! We’d stay here again!

My stay at CDMX Rentals went well overall, but securing a long-term stay was challenging. I had to make four reservations for a 10-day stay, each with a $35–$45 cleaning fee depending on the unit size. The fee covers cleaning for the next guest, not daily services, though cleaning supplies like a broom and mop are provided. Booking ahead is recommended. Traveling with someone in a wheelchair, I appreciated the elevator, though the main door to the building was difficult to push open, making entry challenging. Staff were available to assist. Some units had raised restrooms, so I recommend requesting a flat unit for better accessibility. There is no parking available, so plan accordingly. The building was secure, clean, and well-decorated, with thoughtful welcome gifts. The units were spacious with large windows for natural light. While air conditioning was available, we enjoyed the cool night air by opening windows. However, noise from a rooftop club on karaoke nights, weekends, and early morning city sounds may require closing windows and using the AC. Towels were provided, but if you have sensitive skin, bring your own. With no restroom ventilation, hang towels outside to dry. The location was excellent, near tourist attractions, food, and shopping. However, do not mention you are staying in an Airbnb or similar rental. Many properties have been converted to rentals, displacing locals and driving up prices. Mentioning this can lead to uncomfortable conversations.

The building was well-secured, clean, and beautifully decorated. The welcome gifts were a nice touch. The units were spacious with plenty of natural light from large windows. While air conditioning was available, we often enjoyed the cool night air by opening windows. However, noise from a rooftop club across the street on karaoke nights and weekends, as well as early morning city sounds, may require closing windows and using the AC instead. Towels were provided, but if you have sensitive skin, bring your own. With no restroom ventilation, hang towels outside to dry. The location was ideal, close to tourist attractions, food, shopping, and entertainment, though I recommend avoiding mentioning Airbnb to locals, as it’s a sensitive topic.
