Absolutely wonderful!!

There isn’t enough I can say about Casa Cleo and how much we enjoyed our stay at this absolutely wonderful boutique hotel!! As if our visit to Mexico City was not fantastic enough, Casa Cleo made it that much better. The hotel was fashionably, tastefully and invitingly comfortable, and hotel’s location in La Condesa was absolutely fitting. We cannot wait to return to CDMX, and we will not think twice about where we will be staying and returning to Casa Cleo. Highly, highly recommend!

This was like an apartment setup with full kitchen and cookware, living room, and sunken tub with separate shower! Loved the complimentary breakfast and washer/dryer. Great location in Condessa and will definitely book again when staying in CDX. Staff were all nice and personable!! Felt safe traveling alone.

Fun in CDMX

Our 3rd trip to CDMX, staying at this location, will continue to come and stay here. The hotel is lovely, similar to having a one bedroom apartment in the city. La Condesa is full of excellent restaurants, lovely people, great parks, definitely worth a visit. Everything is close by or within a cheap Uber ride away.

Highly recommend, delightful stay - ten stars

The hotel was delightful. Friendly and charming front desk and doorman. Hotel is done to a high standard and no detail has been overlooked. The room itself was a fully equipped apartment, could stay here a month and be right at home. We felt secure and had a very enjoyable stay here. Appreciated that there was some water and soft drinks stocked in the fridge. Enjoyed the vinyl records and turntable. It was so nice to return to Casa Cleo after venturing out around the city. Easy to get Ubers and the Condesa/Roma Norte neighborhood is peaceful, green and walkable, coffee shops and restaurants around every corner. My only complaint is that we were only here for 2 nights. We will be back!

Incredible spot

I can't imagine a better stay in CDMX. Having a quiet, cool room with a kitchen and a bath was heavenly. The staff was super fun, friendly, and helpful and the most amazing food options are within a ten minute stroll.

Casa Cleo - A Hidden Gem in Condesa! We loved everything about this property! From the moment we arrived, the staff - Daniel, Adrian, and Alfredo made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely kind. Daniel’s food recommendations were absolutely spot-on and led us to some of the most delicious meals we had during our stay. The hotel is nestled in the beautiful, tree lined neighborhood of Condesa, which felt both safe and serene. There’s greenery everywhere-truly a breath of fresh air in the heart of Mexico City. Casa Cleo itself is charming and full of character. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail really shows. We also appreciated the security: the front gate remains locked and is only accessible by room key or with the assistance of the porter, who always greeted us as we arrived. Overall, Casa Cleo is a wonderful place to stay in an unbeatable location. We can’t wait to return!

Charming and high end Boutique

We had such a wonderful time at Casa Chloe. The place is truly high end boutique hotel located in a prime area of cdmx. The staff was wonderful! Alfredo, the guard, made us feel at home and safe. Yanel, who checked us in was so charismatic and willing to help us with restaurant reservations. Daniel and Adrian were also very friendly, helpful and professional.

Casa Cleo is an excellent area Clair to Mexico park and lots of cafes and very clean and safe. The staff is very attentive and Yahel the front desk manager very good and helpful in getting reservations and just able to give good information. We would highly recommend any traveller to stay. The rooms are suites with separate living room and small kitchen great for longer term stays. Very clean as good or better than most top hotels.

Great place.

Great place to stay, close to restaurants and parks. One of the best hotel experiences of my life (and I'm 80 and have traveled the world). The doorman (his name was Martin I think but I could be wrong) went to bat for us when a taxi tried to overcharge us and argued him down, was really exceptional.
