Casa Cleo was amazing! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room we got had a terrace and kitchen - it felt like home. Hotel was located in a very nice, safe neighborhood and very walkable with many restaurants around. Would highly recommend staying at Casa Cleo!

Casa Cleo proved to be an exceptional choice for my stay, with a standout feature being the impeccable service provided by the staff. Samara, the concierge, was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location in the picturesque La Condesa area, with its stunning Art Deco buildings, added to the overall charm and appeal of the stay, making it a place I would eagerly return to in the future.

Staying at Casa Cleo was a great experience. The staff were very warm, approachable, and hospitable. The property was beautiful as was the room. It was spacious, stylish, and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants & shopping. The location makes it easy to explore everything Mexico City has to offer. This was such a great experience! The hotel was nice and quiet and VERY secure. Staff was amazing always greeting us with a smile. There are so many walkable restaurants and coffee shops near by and the staff was able to point us in the right direction when it came to finding food in the area. Love love love this place. Would recommend if you’re not trying to be in the middle of the city.

Ideal place to stay in La Condesa
Casa Cleo exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictured. The entire facility was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The environment was calm and quiet. The room included lots of convenient amenities - ample towels, lighted closets with hangers, drawers, plenty of hooks for towels/bags/coats, kitchen supplies (even food storage containers), shower toiletries, beautiful patio, comfortable seating inside and out, heated floors, two thermostats, darkening drapes, and even a record player with a few enjoyable albums. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us at the entry gate when we arrived (hi, Victor!). A simple, but nice breakfast was available on the roof terrace. The neighborhood is lush and beautiful, and there are bottomless restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to Casa Cleo and/or other Viadora properties.

Fantastic property, with an amazing staff. Every time we left or arrived the doorman greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. The room also included a kitchenette and fridge which was nice. Highly recommend!
