Fabulous area. Unfortunately, our room had an interior patio on the ground floor that didn’t get much sun, so it was dark and dusty from construction debris next door. The terrace was a nice feature, and the doormen (porteros) were very accommodating and kind. Overall it was a good stay, but we felt we drew the short stick with room assignment.

We had an enjoyable stay! The hotel was nice and a great location. The service with providing clean towels, taking out the garbage and toilet paper could be better. We were there for 6 days and on day 4 we didn't have garbage emptied, clean towels or more toilet paper. Communication with the managers were timely but they didnt seem to understand the issue. Towel service, garbage being emptied and toilet paper should be provided at minimum. We would definitely stay here again but I hope the service would improve because the place is a perfect location!

Perfect location, lovely property.
Really nice place, comfortable (not the couch), spacious, good shower and excellent location. It’s right next to a park and above a cafe, so there is a lot of noise in the morning if you’re at the front of the property. The room we chose said that there was a terrace included, which there was not, unless you count the communal terrace on the roof. Don’t be fooled into thinking you’re getting a private balcony or patio.

Cool Art Deco style apartments. There’s a doorman 24/7 and allows property access at night (no keys are given). Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, appliances work. Good deal for CDMX and being next to Parque México / Condesa-Hippodromo. Minor damage on the wood flooring and the patio always seemed to attract a lot of Pigeons. They were my wake up call.

I enjoyed having a home away from home. The mini-apt I rented at Casa Maraville included a kitchen equipped with the basics and I appreciated that. The king-size bed was also quite comfortable. Even though the A/C was only in the bedroom, the rest of the apt was cool enough. The outdoor patio which can be viewed from the inside also made the space feel spacious and tranquil. Great place for solo travellers to escape and unwind from their jobs. The location is literally steps away from multiple restaurants and cafes all offering different cuisines at different price points.

This is an extremely overpriced for what it is. Location is the only good thing about it - but there are plenty of nicer accommodations at cheaper prices in the same area. This is a 2-star hotel, or by the managers own admission, not a “hotel” to begin with. Non-existent WiFi, uncomfortable furniture (but looks nice in pictures), no A/C in the living room / kitchen, infrequent onsite manager, motion-sensing lighting that keeps everything dark in the building. There’s a reason why there’s so few reviews but manager said the hotel has been around for 4 years. Very sketchy vibe overall.
