Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had extensive knowledge of the area and tours available for us to enjoy. It was great to be able to enjoy a breakfast before we headed out every morning.

I did not like the location. Also I did not like the system elevator process. You can not go to any other floor other than the floor be that you stay. It was very inconvenient for me. I made reservations for 4 different rooms for family members. We were on the different floors. I was not able to go take care or watch my my mom because I did not have access to the floor where my mom was staying. You only get 1 key for each room.

When we went there he room was not ready and later they gave the room without cleaning or changing the linens. WE have to tell the housekeeping and showed them the stains on the linens and pillowcovers. Room had bad odour all time. Specially the bathroom with bad smell no exhaust. we were unhappy.

The front desk staff were always friendly and courteous. Raquel, was always busy cleaning the breakfast area and refilling the food trays. She provided excellent service going above and beyond making sure everyone was well served, even though it's self-serve. Alex, was also very friendly offering to drive us to nearby points of interest. The room was clean and adequate, the only thing I missed was a mini fridge but that was the least of our needs.
