The only thing I did not like is that the room did not have cup for coffee nor a coffee maker. or cups in general or a minifridge. I will still considered stay in there, but Holyday inn is a block away so maybe next time I will give them a Try.

Property staff are jerks. Vending machine ice machine elevators everything breaks down. They say international breakfast included (guess what only cold foods)!!!! My key card was deactivated 3 times and they didn’t have an explanation. Many guests left without room because they did not honor reservations!!!! Just plain and simply the most horrible experience!!! Would never recommend to anyone!!! Front reception is the most horrible staff!!!

I like the location. Clean hotel, nice staff, but breakfast is bad. Not a good quality in fruit, orange juice taste like acid water, cappuccino machine serve you only coffee. Manager should give more attention at breakfast.

During check-in there were no rooms available, so they changed my room type for one night. The next day to change the room the same thing happened again, they had no availability. The front desk staff was very friendly and the situation is not within their capabilities to solve, but they should work on coordinating the cleaning of the rooms as soon as they are vacated.

Nice to be there
Nice room, accessibility to the hotel is next to the main entrance of the plaza, the lobby was clean an all personnel were adorable people.
