Fiesta Americana has the best location, right next to a mall and pretty accesible. We loved the beds and amenities. Everyone that works there went above and beyond to resolved a conflict we had with the AC in our room, they went right away to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was comfortable but a few amenities listed were not available: shared microwave, laundry facilities. Also - fee for coffee in the room. Location was next to Starbucks so coffee was available. The air conditioning was fabulous! The restaurant was a disappointment: overpriced and underwhelming service. There are a couple of good dining options in the mall next door.

Parking isn’t taken of by hotel, and if you lose ticket you gotta pay a third party -the company that runs the mall-. I also experienced a misunderstanding with the fee for the night I stayed, which was resolved quickly but only after I pointed it out.

The staff at this location is very unprofessional. We have stayed here several times and have not experienced this type of service before. We reserved hotel rooms for my family and me to celebrate Christmas and a joyful moment went away pretty fast. My wife's phone went missing and the staff here made a huge excuse about what happened and never provided evidence which makes me think they were covering up the entire situation.

Everything was great. However, it is difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot. You have to know that you have to enter the shopping mall parking lot and then go down to the second floor. There should be some signs.
