The hotel is in ok condition but there are 3 x freeways and 2 x other roads immediately out the front door. As a result it is extremely noisy 24/7…..very difficult to sleep. Staff are nice but only 2 x front desk staff speak English so it was very challenging if they were not rostered on. Impossible to stay there again.

This is a very nice place to stay in Naucalpan. The rooms a spacious and clean. The staff 8s very helpful and happy to assist with any concerns The restaurant is very good for breakfast.

It's located conveniently. It's a nice clean hotel. The only issue I have is with the in-room technology. I was unable to use the online guest portal to get room service or check out as it wasn't working. I've stayed in this hotel many times before, and this seems to be a common issue. In the past, when I reported the issue, I was assured multiple times by staff that they would fix it, but they never did.
