It got very cold at night, and there was no heating and the hotel rooms. There’s no rugs on the floor in the bathroom, and they were like ice.

Disappointing This Time
We were very disappointed this trip, having had a great experience just the month before! The pillows were so hard that, at 3:00AM I went to the front desk to request softer ones such as we had before and the FOUR people there said all the pillows were the same and that all the rooms were full. The room next to us was EMPTY! So we ended up sleeping on rolled-up towels for pillows. For $290 a night, this is NOT value for money! The next morning we asked another representative and, within 15 minutes, we had 4 softer pillows!!! The other unfortunate was the sink would not drain well at all. The daytime staff and the maids though were all outstanding!! And, on a positive note, we were given a room in the area we had requested, the breakfast was good, and the Senoritas who checked us in and out were very helpful and professional. Also, the location of the hotel is superb.

First time staying here was a blast! Staff is very friendly and professional! Room service options are excellent and delicious! The additional two restaurants the hotel offers are impeccable as well. Major tourist attractions are close by, making it super convenient! I am definitely staying here on my next trip to Mexico City! Muchas gracias!!

The hotel was clean and great location for shopping and dining. We felt very safe and were able to take ubers to visit other parts of the city. The AC in the room was not cooling as much as we would like. Bathroom needed some updates but wasn't a big deal as we don't spend much time in the rooms. The rest of the room was nice and comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and modern. The lobby was always filled with guests arriving and leaving which the staff was always taken care of. Just know is a club just on the other side which may keep you up with the music. We were on the 8th floor but could still hear the music playing till 4am. I would recommend a room on the opposite side of the club.
