My husband and I loved staying here. The staff is very nice, the concierge was very resourceful who connected us with a good taxi. The roof top pool area was my favorite along with the gym. The food was good room service was great but I got sick from the ceviche. Overall safe and clean. They have no central heater but they brought me a plug in heater.

The rooms were very dated. Plywood peeling in multiple places (beds, doors), carpets flat and super old, bathroom tiles were broken and crumbling. Room was very cold, tile floor was colder. No empathy from front desk. Maintenance person that was sent up brought a room heater. Felt like a 2 star motel more than a 4.5 star hotel i was promised. Location was fantastic, bell staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to every interest points. Uber about $5 to the squre or art palace. Walk 5 min to the monument. We are lucky to watch a event at the Arena Mexico nearby (Uber $4). Breakfast is a plus, from 6:30-12:00. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Room had a strange smell and all they gave us for a room freshener . They charged me upfront for full cost of the room for all nights but the conversion rate used caused me extra in $. So the rate we bought it at was not honored. I think it was a medium rate hotel for the price not worth.
