There really aren’t enough words to describe how fantastic this hotel is. The building is so beautiful - even more beautiful in person than the pictures suggest, if that’s possible. But what makes this hotel so special is the impeccable five star service. The staff here are nothing short of fantastic - it was, by far, some of the best service I have ever received, and I travel a lot. A special thank you to the wonderful Cynthia who looked after us from start to finish, but all the staff, from the breakfast servers to the doormen, were so amazing. The rooms are well designed and have everything you could possibly need. We are returning in a couple of weeks and I’m so glad we opted for the same hotel. I can’t wait.

The staff was exceptional. Uriel, Abraham, Rosa, Edith, Diego, and Cynthia. They treated my wife and I with kindness and were always available. The servers at the restaurants were also exceptional as was the food.

Third time here. Just love this hotel overlooking the Zocolo. Such amazing old world charm with modern upgrades. Beautiful Tiffinay glass. The reception staff, in particular Cynthia and Rosa were the best. Highly recommend
