5 night stay in CDMX
Grand Polanco Resort was a great choice for our trip - it was well located, had very comfortable beds, and lots of space for all of us. There's 24 hour security and the guards are very nice. Unfortunately, partway through the stay one of us became very ill, to the point of needing a doctor. The front staff was very helpful throughout the stay, and they arranged a doctor to come to the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We were also able to make use of their late checkout, which we thought was very reasonable. All in all it was a good stay and I'd happily recommend it!

The one bedroom was great. Good location, safe, walkable. The condition of the property is good but could use some improvement. The small couch was stained and bathroom needs paint touch ups and upgraded fixtures. The towels as well as bedsheets felt a little rough and on the first night itchy it might be the detergent. We slept fine but the pillows are not comfortable. The AC in the room does not cool below 70 F and the room felt hot. It’s not a 5 star property but it’s really nice overall. You have everything you need and daily housekeeping is great. Can’t wait to come back! I would love to stay a month!

We loved the hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, just one block from Masaryk. There are two convenience stores across the street. I think they could improve a bit on cleanliness.

The apartment was really beautiful. The neighborhood is very walkable with many shopping and eating options available. Would definitely stay there again. No breakfast on Sundays and the normal breakfast is not worth eating. Go to a local shop or bakery for breakfast. Room cleaning may not be available on Sunday. Parking is secure, but costs extra.

We had a nice 1 bedroom apartment. It was well designed with a good amount of storage. The bed is very comfortable. From the balcony there was a pretty tree to see through to the street scene below. We did not get replacement Nespresso pods. Dish soap may be a good idea. The doorman was very attentive and pleasant.

Excellent facilities. Only suggestion would be to clean towels more thoroughly. I routinely ended up with multiple towels that were yellowed or lipstick -stained.
