The hotel was very beautiful and very convenient to the Zocalo. There are 2 great restaurants in the hotel. The hotel has a very generous buffet breakfast with many options. The staff was very friendly. I loved that I was able to check in to hotel at 4am (with a surcharge) after a long overnight flight. Valet parking very convenient.

The room had a strong sewer smell, had to downgrade our room because they didnt have more available and founded pieces of nails on the bedsheets of my downgraded room. Below average for being a hilton managed hotel. Never staying again. A lot more better options for the price around there.

This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the Zocalo in the Centro Histórico walking distance from many must see sites. It is clean, reasonably priced, with a breakfast included. I’ve stayed there 4 times now and would go back.
